These sessions are provided free of charge so I can complete my professional organiser accreditation case study.

The aim is to create practical, realistic systems that support your home and daily routines.

• A supportive, judgment‑free approach
• Respect for your home, belongings, and privacy
• Clear communication about what we will do in each session
• Use‑what‑you‑have organising wherever possible
• Recommendations for storage to buy ahead of the session where relevant

• Let me know what works for you and what doesn’t
• Tell me if you need breaks or adjustments
• Ensure the space is safe to work in
• Point out any fragile, sentimental, or off‑limits items
• Provide feedback at the point of completion and when contacted 2-4 weeks after completion

• I will not share any personal information about you, your household, or your circumstances.
• I will never share anything that identifies you, your address, or your family.

To complete my accreditation, I need to take before and after photos of the areas we work on.

By agreeing to these terms, you give permission for:

• Photos to be taken of the space we work on
• Photos to be used in my accreditation case study
• Photos to be shared on my website and social media for business purposes

I will ensure:

• No faces, names, documents, or identifying details appear in any photos
• No angles that could reveal your address

• I do not move heavy furniture or carry out repairs
• I do not dispose of items without your clear instruction
• You remain responsible for decisions about what to keep, donate, or discard
• If we uncover anything hazardous, we will pause and agree next steps

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. As these sessions are free, there is no cancellation fee.

I take great care when handling your belongings. I cannot accept liability for accidental damage unless caused by negligence.

By booking a session, you confirm that:

• You understand this is unpaid case‑study work
• You agree to the photo and confidentiality terms above
• You are happy for the work to be included in my accreditation submission
