These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Organised by Lisa. By booking a session, you agree to the terms below.
Organised by Lisa provides home organising, decluttering and wardrobe selling support. All work is carried out with care, respect and confidentiality. Every home and client is treated without judgement.
I am DBS checked and can make my certificate available for viewing on request. I am fully insured to work in your home. I am ICO registered and follow UK data protection requirements.
Quotes are estimates only. The final cost may vary depending on the volume of belongings, the pace of decision making and any additional time required. A 50 percent non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your session is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will be charged in full. If I need to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be transferred to a new date.
Travel within 20 miles of Ely is included. Mileage beyond this is charged at 55p per mile, calculated as a round trip.
You remain in control of all decisions about what stays and what goes. I will never dispose of anything without your permission. I do not remove items from your home or take items to charity shops. We will walk through the space together at the start of the session so you know what to expect. Please be aware that the process can look messier before it looks better. Items are often moved out of cupboards, drawers and surfaces to sort them properly.
You are responsible for ensuring the space is safe to work in. I take care when handling your belongings and will always work respectfully. Accidents are rare but can happen. I will always try not to break anything, but I cannot accept liability for accidental damage unless caused by negligence. If an area is unsafe or access is restricted, I may not be able to complete the session.
A light surface clean is included in any area we organise. This may include wiping shelves, drawers or surfaces before items are returned.
All client information, conversations and home details are kept strictly confidential. Photos may be taken to track progress. Written permission will be requested before any images are shared on my website or social media. No identifying details will ever be shown.
Every home is different and results vary depending on the volume of belongings, decision making pace and available time. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as resale values, exact timescales or long term maintenance.
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Late payments may result in future bookings being paused until the balance is cleared.
