HOW IT WORKS
1. What I Do
I prepare, photograph, list, and manage the sale of your items on Vinted. This includes communication with buyers, packaging, and posting once an item sells.
2. What I Don’t Do
- I don’t guarantee that items will sell
- I don’t set Vinted’s fees or postage rates
- I don’t offer returns once an item has sold
3. Item Suitability
I will only list items that are:
- Clean and in good condition
- Free from major damage
- From brands that typically sell well on Vinted
If an item isn’t suitable, I’ll let you know and you can choose to keep it or have me donate it.
4. Pricing of Items
I will price items based on:
- Brand
- Condition
- Current Vinted market value
- Likelihood of sale
5. Fees & Payment
- All fees are deducted from your final pay out, so there’s nothing to pay upfront
- If none of your items sell, no fees will be charged
- In the unlikely event that sales earnings are less than fees, you will receive no payment - as I only list items likely to sell this is an unlikely scenario.
- You’ll receive a simple, clear breakdown of all sales and earnings
6. Posting & Packaging
- I handle all packaging and posting.
- Buyers pay postage through Vinted, so you don’t need to cover this.
7. Unsold Items
After 8 weeks, you can choose:
- Have items returned to you
- Extend the listing period
- Have me donate them to charity
If I don’t hear from you, items will be donated after 12 weeks.
8. Communication
- Communication will be via email
- You will receive monthly updates on your sales
9. Getting Paid
- Payments from sales (minus fees) will be made at the end of the listing period (8 weeks unless otherwise agreed)
- Payment will be made via bank transfer to your nominated bank account
10. Cancellation
- You can cancel before items are listed.
- Once items are live on Vinted, the listing fee still applies
11. Liability
I take great care with your items, but I cannot be held responsible for:
- Vinted platform issues
- Lost parcels handled by postal services
- Buyer disputes outside my control
